Join us for a 3 part series on Mindfulness and Loving Kindness meditation.
We will approach each session with Beginners Minds i.e. an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions. We will meditate as a group and attendees will be encouraged to share their questions and experiences with each other.
- April 23rd: Breathing Body Meditation
- April 30: Mindfulness of Sensitivity.
- May 7: Loving Kindness Meditation
Each session will comprise of 15 minutes of meditation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A and discussion about your experience. Please bring a mat or cushion to sit on the grass. A few chairs will be provided.
Instructor Bio: Sonali Nigam is a graduate of the Meditation Teacher Training Program taught by the Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science and The Path in New York City.
